The SME Fund – a grant program launched by the European Commission and implemented by the EUIPO – is here to help EU-based SMEs with grants to reduce IP protection costs. From 3 February 2025 to 5 December 2025, you can access vouchers that reduce costs for:

• Trademark and design registration at national, European, and international level
• Patent registration at national and European level
• Community Plant Variety registration
Funds are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To maximise your chances, apply early.
