She also organises and oversees training initiatives, specifically tailored to provide practical explanations of intellectual property concepts to internal marketing and legal divisions within clients’ organisations.
She was successfully involved in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and international arbitration, and she is currently engaged in assisting clients in litigation disputes in the pharmaceutical, banking, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
Gabriela is also involved in consultancy matters in corporate affairs by providing integrated and concurring strategies on intellectual property rights with an impact on the economic component.
Gabriela has held several mandates within the Disciplinary Committee of the Romanian Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
