Ioana Balaceanu is an attorney-at-law, member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2019.

She successfully combines consultancy work with representation in front of the Romanian courts in various IP matters. She handles trademarks, patents, and copyright issues for clients related to the pharmaceutical, food and banking fields. She was also involved in litigations related to the freedom of speech of journalists and public figures.

Ioana explores every IP case with passion and inquisitive attention, often coming up with new ideas and perspectives, and out-of-the-box solutions in order to obtain complex and tailored protection for clients’ rights.
