On 28-30 October, 2015 a new event on counterfeit was held in Sibiu, Romania. Iulia conferenced about “The stamp tax in the counterfeit action” and also about “Legislative package amendments regarding the European Trademark System – proposed modifications to the Community Trademark Regulation and the Directive”.
Iulia presented in front of a large audience composed by reputed lawyers, judges, Police representatives, customs representatives and a lot of practitioners in the field. The presentation was interactive and a lot of interesting discussions aroused.
